We sometimes use different warehouses and fulfillment centers, and that can cause orders to be shipped partially. Our priority is to ship items to our customers that are available as soon as we can, in different packages if we have to, rather than waiting to gather the entire order and send it in one package.


All cancellation request should reach to our customer service at within 12 HOURS  from the time of placing the order. Orders are normally processed in that period and any cancellation after 12 Hours can't be honored. If you MUST cancel the order after the grace period it over a processing fee  of 20% will be deducted from your refund.

For all our other products, we offer a full refund on all items returned in its ORIGINAL packaging and Not OPENED within 14  days of the order date. Please contact us at before you send in your return. Please note that Skin'N Sleek™ is not responsible for return postage cost. Customers should expect to endure the return shipping costs. Exchanges are allowed only in case the item is faulty.

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  •  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

                1- Any item not in its original condition, been damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. The refund minus 20% of the original purchase price will be deposited back to you original payment method.

                2- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

                3- Any item that was undelivered due an address error from the customer.

                4- We issue replacement for our malfunctioning handsets. However, if customer claimed the device was not functioning and was later found out that the handset was operating fine, the customer will be charged 20% restocking fee.

                5- Customer simply changed his/her mind and wanting to return the his/her order .

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow 3-5 business days for turnaround once returned!


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order. All returned products are  subjected  to 20% restocking charge.
  • Buyer simply having difficulties operating the handset. You can always reach out to us before your decide to return the machine. We are only a one click away. You can either reach out to us via our live chat, email or call us and we will direct you how to use it properly. If you decide to still return the handset, the returned products are subjected to 20% restocking charge.   
  • Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order. The returned products are  subjected to 20% restocking charge.
